So to sum up this thread:
1. Guys saying “she is only with you because of the money”.
OP knows this. He is primarily with her for the sex.
2. Guys saying “You should go out and find sloots to hook up with”
OP may hate the idea of going out to bars and “the chase of women”.
3. Guys saying “You are pathetic, a cuck, a borderline pedo”.
None of those descriptions apply here.
This is a free country and this arrangement better protects OP from a rape allegation. It’s far cheaper than a wife or a live in girlfriend.
It’s ideal (for him) if he prefers to have sex with the same girl over and over without a full commitment.
It’s ideal (for her) if she prefers to have steady income and enjoys his company and likes having sex with him.
It’s not for me - but I see where it is great for others. (Kind of like leasing a car)

She's keeps talking about wanting to leave this area when she graduates and I have no desire at this time with my parents getting older, so it will probably come to an end in the next year or two.
