You stopped doing the pellets?
And no, the over the counter stuff is BS.
There is a reason i stick with doing the injections and not over the counter

Unless it's USP certified, you have zero idea WTF is in OTC shite.
I'd stay away.
Additionally, have you tried the following...
Less alcohol
High quality meat
Lifting
Sunlight
Less shitty carbs, focus on healthy carbs when eat carbs

Off topic, but fun fact.
My brother is an OB/GYN. He says he treats quite a few men. Their wives bring them in because of "performance" issues.
He says a lot of the people he graduated med school with gave up their OB/GYN practices and focus solely on male ED / low-T treatment, including pellets.
Apparently, it is a lucrative business.

I done the injection pellets several times, they definitely work. Just curious about the over the counter stuff. Anyone have any feedback?
Just stick with the pellets or go to SubQ bi-weekly injections.

Some Docs prescribe Chlomid instead.

In my younger days when I was lifting heavy all the time, I tried some of the over the counter stuff and never noticed anything. Creatine was always the biggest over the counter performance enhancer back then.
Granted I was young and prob maxed out on natural testosterone anyways. Maybe it works better for older folk.
From my experience most over the counter sports supplements are pretty worthless and none are approved by the FDA so who knows what’s in them.

Not since pro-hormones were banned. They actually were legit. Anyone remember M-drol, H-drol and E-stane? And the first I remember was 1-AD. The era of Andro

Most are a rip off. The few that actually do anything bind to sex binding hormone which increases your free testosterone, but does nothing to your total testosterone level. The increase in your free testosterone is so lsmall that most men do not notice it. So the answer to your question is NO!

Yes they make you feel better. Much better. I tried the over the counter stuff, didn’t work. I’ll got the pellets put in last week. Don’t ever start unless you’re willing to keep doing them.

This worked for me:
1. Cut out almost all seed oils
2. Microplastics. They’re everywhere and they’re endocrine disrupters. The plastic disintegrates into estrogen. Scientists are finding microplastics in dead people’s balls. True story. Anyway, I filter my water and only drink out of glass or ceramic. Switched to cotton boxers (the synthetic ones leach plastic into your balls). Only cook with cast iron or steel cookware. Only use metal utensils. Heat is a catalyst for microplastics and forever chemicals to be released so you can’t use teflon and other synthetic coated pans. There’s a ton of good info online on avoiding microplastics.
3. Started taking Organic Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon and CoQ10. And CocoVia. This was for general heart health. Berberine is like a natural statin and the other stuff is great for circulation. I now get multiple boners a day, morning , noon and night. Reminds me of my teen years.
4. Eat a carnivore adjacent type diet. Mostly steak, salmon, herbs, and organic fruits with occasional vegetables . Organic/free range/grass fed whenever possible. All those pesticides they put on vegetables and chemicals they feed cows F with our testosterone levels.
5. Take premium vitamins with minerals and trace minerals.
6. Lift more weights

Question, once you get on Test injections to you have to stay on them forever, or just till your levels go up?

Anything labeled organic is a scam.
