Do Jeep Wranglers come off the lot lifted with big tires?

Now that the Wranger is a female vehicle, just curious if they're buying them like that or if they're doing it themselves? When most can't even change a flat or oil I think it'd be nice to see them expanding their knowledge.

Most of them don't.

If by doing it yourself, you mean the husband/bf/daddy does it or pays for it to get lifted, then yes.

Every used lot in Lafayette seems to have about 3-5 of them ready to go.

Straight from the factory? No

Dealers will fix one or two up with aftermarket parts but 99% of them don’t come with big tires. Not even the rubicons they want 70,000 for.

Car brands and/or dealers are adding those these days. High demand for the look (even if never used) and it can be rolled into the initial financing.

There is a place in LC called Don's Wholesale where there is a shite ton of money on the lot, most of it is any type of truck you can imagine, all of them already have the "usual kit" of lift, tires, etc etc. I won't lie, lots of good looking trucks until I see one of those dumbshit bright arse LED light bars that will only be used at night on the street in the middle of town.

They also usually have a fairly badass assortment of Vettes, R8s, CTS-Vs, and I've seen Lambos, Ferraris, etc.

I've always been interested where the hell they get these vehicles.

Just slap a 7 year loan on and they're good to go.

I know that damn thing holds a resell value like no other vehicle out there. I was shocked at how much we made when we sold one

Bought a ram 1500 big horn stock but wanted the one on the lot with a lift kit, big tires, Running boards, tinted windows, etc....

I bought all the stuff myself and got a place to install and came out about $5000 cheaper for the exact same truck on the lot except mine has a muffler delete and nicer wheels.

Ding ding ding.

Emily and Megan don't install the lift kit, but they do put in a lot of hours picking the right stickers for the back window.

How's it handle over speed bumps?

Really good. I was skeptical as the shop owner was really hyping these firestone tires but I’ve been really happy so far with them.
