Well if you think that way, then you suffer from retardation. Sorry.

I'm retarded but you blissfully trudge through life, daily making decisions that are far less than unselfish acts of love, then rationalize that you're somehow "better" or a "good person" because you didn't kill anyone. You only fool yourself.

No, I mean that Biblically speaking all sin is sin. There is no pecking order of sin. Sin literally means missing the mark. You either act out of love and unselfishness, or you don't. There's no in between. Everyone sins multiple times daily. People rationalize that their sin is better because they didn't kill or rape someone, but that's only how people like to excuse their own shortcomings.

I dont think you even understand the irony in that response. Thats exactly what im talking about. Not everyone defines sin using the Bible.

I doubt my divorce will be the leading cause when I end up in hell.

Where else would sin be defined?

So what's you're saying is that all sacraments involving priest are largely ceremonial and nothing more? So I can simply say I'm married, have sex, and not have to ask for God's forgiveness?

No. That is NOT what I am saying.

What I AM saying is that if you really wanted to know the answer to your question rather than showcase your ignorance and hatred of the Church, all you had to do was Google it.

Let me help: Catechism of the Catholic Church

Doesn't get easier than that, pal. Indexed. And you don't even have to buy the book.

Depends on who you ask. Were you not aware that other religions have the concept of sin? Im sure you are. I think you are being purposefully small-minded

in the eyes of the Jewish priests who wrote the laws some 4000 years ago. Not the eyes of The Lord. How dare you claim that God is anything other than pure.
