Get some tweezers to stretch them out and some nail clippers to lop em off, puss. If they bleed, get one of those styptic pencils to cauterize that bad boy.
Pretty much do the same thing when I get them. Snip them off with a pair of those toenail clippers that look like side cutters.
Nothing to it really, just a quick sting when cut off and then stop the bleeding. Done and dusted in no time.

I had a few tiny moles that were raised off the skin. I went to the dermatologist to have them removed because they annoyed the shite out of me. Dermatologist didn't want to take them off because they were harmless. Boiled some grooming scissors and snipped those frickers off myself. Results were surprisingly satisfactory. That first snip was scary af though.

Skin tags may actually be a sign of insulin resistance and diabetes. You should get it checked.

Researchers have recently found associations between skin tags and a number of clinical conditions. Patients who have multiple skin tags are at elevated risk for acromegaly, colonic polyps, Crohn's disease, diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, and acanthosis nigricans.
Skin tags are also linked to metabolic syndrome (MetS). New information suggests that skin tags may indicate insulin resistance. This is of concern because MetS and insulin resistance both increase cardiovascular mortality risk.
Other research has associated skin tags with elevated leptin, C-reactive protein, and fasting insulin levels.
