Do any of ya'll wear blue-blocking glasses? Do they work? Looking at Felix Grays

I sit in front of 3 computer screens all day at work, and I usually get a headache towards the end of the day. I heard the guys on Pardon My Take advertising these Felix Gray eyeglasses that are supposed to block out the blue light and glare from computer screens. I see there are tons of cheaper versions on Amazon as well.
Do any of you wear these? Is it worth the $99? Do they work?

Yes I do, yes they work. I paid about 30-40$ on zenni
Mine are prescription lenses with a blue filter, I can't speak for the ones you mentioned specifically

Try downloading F.lux first and seeing if that helps. You can adjust it to lower the blue light 24/7 instead of just at night. It's free, so it's worth a shot before dropping $100 on glasses.

Also good for spotting pods of redfish.

The blue light filter on my phone has changed my life.

I don't wear glasses because I'm not a nerd
It sounds like you have weak nerd eyes and a nerd computer job

I can't answer your question about the glasses, but I've been looking online for a screen cover for my monitors lately. My eyes are pretty sensitive to light, and I too get headaches most afternoons because of how much I'm working on my computer all day. For double 23" monitors, it would be between $40 - $100 for the screen covers. I'm just not convinced that they would make a big enough difference, so I haven't pulled the trigger.
I didn't consider glasses, bc I would be too conscientious about wearing them at work.

I have Felix Grays
And yes, I *think* they work. There is probably some element of placebo effect to it, but I like them and miss them when I don't have them around.

Did this as well. Helps out eye strain a bunch, especially if you are on the computer a lot.

Windows 10 has a "night light" feature which allows you to adjust the color temperature of your screen. I nudged mine from blue to a little warmer almost orangey, made all the difference in the world. For free.

Yeah my phone has a blue light filter already on it and I keep it on 24/7. Thse glasses sound like a pointless purchase. Which makes sense that PMT does ads for them. All their ads are scams

Yes I got a pair about six months ago. Saw the ad on tigerdroppings. LOL
Got the "razor" model. Love them. Haven't had a migraine since.
