Just apply a little soap to mirror before use and then rinse. Won't fog

have a small mirror mounted in my shower

I just put some soap on my hand, lightly coat mirror in the soap, gently rinse and it doesn't fog for the duration of my shower

You have to fill it with hot water before you use it. I would rather just splash water on my shite and hurry up and shave.

Wouldn't something like car wax or rain-x work? never tried it just wondering.

I've tried many of them and finally found one that works for years. It's very lightweight so you can hang on a hook. Just lift it off, run under shower water front and back to warm, then back on hook. Will stay fog free through your shave.

^^This. Got this one a few months ago. This comes with a suction cup to hang it on, and it's easy as hell to grab it, rinse it off for 2 seconds, then you're good to go. Plus it's small and lightweight enough for other purposes, such as packing it in your toiletry bag for trips

I just quit using one altogether. I still shave in the shower, but I do it on feel alone, and it works great.

Same here. I do not miss the mirror.

I have this one for almost a year and it works great. Even has a little spot for my razor underneath.
