Divorce party/Housewarming gift present ideas

Mrs. Allen’s dear friend and sorority sister 
from NYU had the misfortune of finding out her husband was sleeping around. One of the women was their nanny. He’s some investment banker loser that also slept with her Barre instructor.
Anyhoo, she’s moved on and has purchased a condo in Tribeca. Any ideas for a divorce party/housewarming gift? We’re also going to Nobu as a “divorce party” sort of thing.
