Just because they now cast diverse people, why do they have to be fat and/or unattractive?

It doesn't really bother me because it's laughable that they feel the need to have that when it's such a low percentage of the population, but I honestly haven't seen a full white family in a commercial in ages. 
My slight irritation comes from the fact that the white guy in the commercials is always a bumbling idiot.

I don’t understand why 13% of the population is in 100% of the commercials and the majority in the commercial.

To be fair, the few white guys in these commercials are probably very progressive so they don’t even have to act. They are bumbling idiots in real life.
