The film belongs to Disney they can do whatever the hell they want with it, you’re not entitled to it.
They can re-release it, they can cancel it, they can can remake it. They don’t have to check in with you and how you feel about it.

I guess your other argument didn't work, so you're trying a new angle.

A lot of people consider those Disney films racist.
People who look for racism under every nook and cranny, and they'll inevitably find it every time

So awesome to see people, like yourself, enjoy having decisions made for them.

If they truly feel they’re racist films, they should do away with them and donate every penny they’ve ever made on them to helping fight “racism”. Don’t halfass virtue signal.

How are they making a decision for me, it’s not my property, it’s theirs.
Try again.

Bosses at Disney have blocked anyone under the age of seven from watching the 1953 animated classic on its streaming service over concerns that it portrays racial stereotypes,
So their racism is ok for my 8 year old?

And what the hell is wrong with this? This movie is awesome! And wholesome! Nothing wrong with it at all!

A lot of people believe the Very Fine People Hoax too. So?

They figure once you've heard the pee pee in your coke song a few times you're ready to graduate to level 2.

Sessue Hayakawa...the “yellowface” pirate

Here’s where your argument fails. No one is arguing that the government should step in and prevent them from doing so. It’s more a matter of this is dumb and unnecessary

And they were supposed to be Asian too

That movie was a staple of my childhood.
Come to think of it, they were way ahead of the tranny game in that movie

So as soon as they turn 7 they will have a full understand of whatever kids under 7 will not understand?
Not showing Peter Pan should be considered homophobic.

Right? It was supposed to be around New Guinea...guess what ethnicity the pirates around there generally were?

At one point during a musical interlude, faceless black workers toil away to offensive lyrics such as, ‘When we get our pay, we throw our money all away’.
80 years later and this is still true

Then don't watch it.
I choose not to watch BET but don't feel it needs to be cancelled.
This is the difference in the two trains of thoughts. One group gets offended therefore NO ONE can watch it because "they know better than you." The other group decides they don't want to watch it & then just doesn't watch it.

They should make another one like they do all the others. I used to love this movie when I was a kid.
If they redid it today, I am sure it would be a bi racial gay couple that adopted 3 boys, the middle one would be trans (born a female, identifies as a male).
The pirates would be ISIS. And instead of putting up a flag to fool into thinking they have a disease, they will fly a rainbow flag to make ISIS think if they go to the island they will get arse raped.
