DISA hair follicle test question

I've been working in O&G for a while now, so they're nothing new to me. What is new, is that I recently got a hair cut for a wedding I am in on Saturday. Got popped for a random (4th in 6 months) and have to go get tested today. It's getting to a point where I have to keep going shorter because of all the hacks in my scalp. I know they can take hair from your chest, but will they if my hair is longer than 4 in.?
For anyone unfamiliar, they have to take 120 strands 1 1/2" from the root end. I'm getting so many randoms because my company and the plant I work for require them.

Shave everything but your pubes so the ladies doing the test have to take samples there.

Quite possibly the case. The plant has only popped me once. The dummy who is in charge of safety and drug tests for our company didn't tell me, so I got red lighted (escorted off site by security) until I got test done. I raised hell and nearly got her fired because I had a week paid vacation by my company. Now, I can sense her smugness when she emails me about a random.

I've only had to give hair samples once, but they didn't want to mess up my hair so they shaved my chest.

You had enough hair to give a sample, though? I'm just worried they'll be by the book and tell me I can't give it from my chest because I have enough hair on my head.

I get yearly DISA tests and they take it from my leg every time. Have never had any issues aside from the fricktards choosing the seemingly worst spot possible every time.
