Hello, welcome to 2022. Since you last went under that rock you've been living under, clearly circa 2016, much has changed.

but there is zero doubt that white flight out if the city is a primary cause.

Soft bigotry of low expectations. This argument is “black people are incapable of maintaining a water system”

The convenient thing about the race hustlers is that if whites move out it’s white flight, and if whites move in it’s gentrification.

Either way, white people are the reason for the problems. It’s a magical catch all and you don’t have to be responsible for incompetence

Isn't the government in the city of Jackson extremely corrupt?

For some reason I thought I read something about that before. Does the corruption of the city play a big factor in all of this?

My parents pay more in taxes to the city of Jackson in their $220K house than I do In Madison in my $400K house…and they drive here and fill old 1 gallon jugs full of water every two weeks so they can have clean water to drink and brush their teeth. Jackson is raping predominantly white areas in taxes. I have a rental property near them, last year I paid $3200 in taxes to the city and made just under 14k before taxes.

All of the business and basically white people moved to Clinton, Canton etc. Therefore, the city lost a ton of tax money.

You should have stopped with your "inside info" of your OP. No one is moving out of Jackson to Clinton and Canton. They are moving to Ridgeland, Madison, Flowood, Brandon and God forbid Pearl. Bruni is not a law firm I've ever heard of. Maybe you meant Brunini, which if you were actually a lawyer you would be able to spell correctly. Additionally, while several firms have moved out of Jackson there are still many working hard in the City.

I would love to know your firm so I can tell my friends to stay clear of dumbasses.
