I got one but it was weird and awkward...and I learned the hard way (pun intended)...I have all boys now and I have discussed with my 14 yr old and 12 yr old whats up..i gave them the crude funny version to make them a little comfortable but got the point across....plus we breed Boxers...they have all gotten plenty of sex ed throughout that whole process...even my 6 yr old and 11 yr old know enough from that to know where babies come from, etc....the older two have definitely gotten the "keep your carrot dry till you can feed a family" talk from me...and so will the other two when its time....it isn't the govts job to do it...

nope, i was given a set of the books. i think they were called something like lifestyle library. they explained everything that was going to happen and how everything worked. used to fap while reading them.

I never did, but I had a special circumstance. When I was about 12, I asked my dad specifically what was the "birds and the bees" talk, because a bunch of my buddies were getting the talk. He said we have plenty of time to discuss that stuff, lets talk about something else.
He died about a month later.
That said, at 12 I knew about basically everything but ejaculation. I had an older sister, so I knew about periods, etc.
When I finally shot one off about a year later, I put 2 and 2 together and figured out how it worked.

Didn't really get the talk was just told that I better wrap up and not trust any girls because they will trap you in a heartbeat. Best advice I've ever received!

not really...my mom left some horrible book on the stairs for me called like "How your body is changing" that discussed everything from puberty to sex basically, with cartoon pics...
but the silly broad gave it to me when I was like a Freshman or Sophomore in High School....I hit puberty in 5th grade, and by this time I had a complete video tape library and magazine treasure chest and was soon to round third base with some poor girl.
