Ummm, no. I'm not an idiot. Mocked one, and she tried to get me kicked out of Ole Miss, but that's it.

I had a Political Science professor hit on me at The Chimes. He was drunk and shite. I let him know that that shite was unacceptable. I ended up dropping the class I was so pissed off and uncomfortable.

In high school, we were supposed to write a letter to our favorite author and they'd grade it for some retarded reason. We were supposed to turn in the envelope and the letter separately (for some retarded reason). I turned in my letter inside the envelope. She asked where my letter was. For some reason I got really pissed and just went,"Why don't you look in the fricking envelope?" Cool story, FT!
Sure.

No, but I should have. I took an art history class in college and our professor had a habit of handing out our graded tests and then collecting them after class so she could keep them. Fine, whatever. Well, she handed a test back and I had gotten a "B". Awesome. I handed it back to her and went about my life.
Mid semester grades come out and I have a "D" (I had also gotten a "B" on another test we had taken). Pissed, I go and inquire. Apparently, the test I had gotten the "B" on had gotten misplaced (she insisted I never took it and had no grade recorded) so I got an automatic "0". There was nothing I could do to prove to her that she had graded this fricking thing and I had gotten a "B". Spent the rest of the semester busting my arse and finished with a "C". In hindsight, I should have dropped that class then and there, but it was a requirement and I was 18 and dumb.
frick that bitch. Still pisses me off. If that happened these days, I would take a picture of the test and then hand it back.
TL;DR- Professor lost a test I got a "B" on and I nearly failed the class because of it.

Never cussed one out, but I ran into one in a bar in ATL after the 2011 SEC Championship game. He looked at me dead in the face and said, "If you tell anyone that you saw me here, I'll fricking kill you." Then we proceeded to get hammered.

You presume I was being the douche without knowing the context of the conversation. I would guess many that had Stahl for Econ get why I decided to be stern.
well i can only go on what you gave us.
you sternly let him know what was up. oooooooo

Again, attendance should not be part of your grade. If you want to offer a bonus then fine.
why even enroll in the class if you dont want to go? go take some bullshite online courses if you cant bring yourself to attend class.
are you cool with pop quizzes?

They can set whatever policy they choose within the guidelines of the institution. You have the right to skip a class but they have the right to dock you points for it if that is in their syllabus.

After an argument with one in a discussion on business ethics I reminded her that those who cannot do teach.

No ... I did have a batshit crazy, alcoholic, almost zero-English speaking Indian (from India) calculus professor cuss me out ... well, not just me, but a group I was in, working on a class project (which was assigned basically so that he could get out of "teaching" for a few weeks). Since there were only 5 of us in the group, I took his drunken cuss fit pretty personally.
... One guy cussed back, & the rest of us laughed. It was rather amusing to hear him attempting to cuss in English while shitfaced, but he kept breaking into Hindi.

I did and I'm not lying. I told him "you fricking suck at communicating with us"! While I threw the syllabus at him, showing him his posted office hours.
To be fair, a close friend had committed suicide two weeks before and I was not thinking straight but I still shake my head today when I think about how stupid that was. He didn't do anything but try to calm me down. The other students were stunned and it felt GREAT to do.

According to my professor, "brother graduating" is not a student handbook approved excuse for moving the final exam, so he refused
Well from your professor's standpoint, how does he know you won't tip other students off about the exam questions? He would have to make a separate exam just for you, and that's extra work for him.

The problem is that some people will skip class who NEVER should. Those same students will write nasty evaluations at the end of the semester blaming the professor because they didn't learn anything.

This generation. Jesus.
Sure you pay for the class, but the university and the professor have the responsibility of upholding the reputation of the university. If you are going to walk around claiming to be a graduate of that university they want to make sure you actually attended class and learned something. I have no problem with a strict attendance policy at a university. And if you think your tuition at a public university pays for all the classes you take you are an idiot. It is mostly funded with federal and state taxpayer funds. A university should be able to make you attend class just like a public high school.

They are also the ones most likely to show up during office hours the day before an exam wanting help, or want to be given the two points needed to make the next higher grade.

That's kind of a weak reason to ask for an exam to be moved. I wouldn't have done all the other stuff but I wouldn't go out of my way to help you see your brothers graduation

my friend blasted our Yale-grad legal-writing instructor in front of the entire class and said something like, "You sit on our papers for weeks and then have the audacity to come in here and BITCH at US for XYZ...."
It was, uhm, awkward but sort of deserved.
