Did that condo collapse in Miami get memory-holed?

I feel like I haven't heard a thing about it since the collapse. No explanation, no info on who's responsible, nada. What happened?

It was a 40 year old structure that wasn’t built properly, had decades of deferred maintenance and a cheap arse HOA that didn’t want to address the issues. End of story

I’m sure the Miami courts are busy with lawsuits and probably a bankruptcy in fed court.

I think recent events have overshadowed this event.
There are several YouTube channels that are keeping up with the investigations, failure analysis, etc.

It was in an episode of engineering disasters. They already solved it.

The war is over. Just live action actors now. Was there really even a war? I don’t really trust anything anymore.

I followed the story for a few months. I definitely don't think it was memory-holed, but the death count did seem to drop drastically from the initial estimates. There was a lot of evidence that the building has major structural issues. Some repairs were set to start fairly soon, but it was too late.
