Wouldn’t all such acts not only carry terrorism charges but also hate crime status on top of the standard laws in place? A nation without law and order cannot and will not stand. Uniform application… anything else is unacceptable

Please don't speak for me. As probably the only person in these threads who has actually given birth, I can assure you that I find abortion to be in gross opposition to the beauty that is being female. One of our greatest contributions to society is to carry babies.
To convince a mother that killing her very own child is somehow not only tolerated but celebrated is pretty twisted.

The raped part is about your body. Once there is another human life inside your body, it is no longer just about your body.
You think there’s a right to abortion protected by the Constitution? Find it. Quote it.
So many others think there is a right to life in the Constitution. Turns out there is. Check out the 14th Amendment:
