I don't disagree why they are installing them. Or why the airport holds religious services at their chapels.
Just pointing out the bullshite that this going viral is the only reason anyone cares about some constitutional right.
Hopefully DFW has to remove the chapel too.

Good point! Muslims and Jews, among others, aren't allowed to enter places that they believe perform idolatrous or polytheistic worship. An "interfaith chapel" would fall under that. The fact that they're technically allowed to use it too doesn't magically change its purpose, right Klark?

DFW has had a chapel in it's airport since 1977. Three years after it opened. Secondly chapels are not explicitly interfaith. Also, the chapel you want removed is where the existing foot washing stations are.
Second, a purpose built ablution "wash your nasty sandal feet" station is different. We both know why it's being installed and who it's intended to accomodate. Saying, "anyone can use it" doesn't change that. As has been pointed out multiple times.
Third, this went viral because a lot of Americans are growing tired of seeing public institutions cater to Islamic religious practices. Which is espcially disgusting on the 25th anniversery of 9/11.

But they already have some” doesn’t explain why that legal argument is bullshite. It just raises the question about why Abbott didn’t challenge the existing ones sooner.

Yes.
They have chose to support certain religions over others. Jewish worshipers cannot go in there. According to what some have said in this thread that is supporting one religion over another.

Well, if they are going to have Muslim feet washing stations. And also prayer rugs, kneelers, and scriptures.

Basically jewish people can't enter other faiths churches/worship areas. It is avodah zarah if you want to read about it.
Like baptist going into a bar. They may not drink but to the community it would look like they did.

Jews can use an interfaith chapel the same way non-Muslims can use an ablution station.
