Yea, big for the case. Does the jury buy from her that she qualified herself appropriately and more importantly, should a police officer listen to any ol person on the street...also, does it matter what she said if he was continuing to follow his protocol? Can the prosecution or defense prove protocol was or was not followed at any point?

No media outlet is going to openly say the defense has been effective.
The last thing any panelist or expert in today's environment wants to do is to give some credit to Nelson, as they know they'll just end up trending on Twitter within 15 minutes for being a white supremacist.

Why bother with a parade of witnesses? Chauvin's actions are on tape. Whole case boils down to whether those actions caused Floyd's death.

The problem is Nelson doing so well is so obvious that listening to the people on the news discussing makes you think they are doing a parody. It is really shocking how blind and incapable the media thinks we are.
