The BLM folks are gonna be piiiiiisseed when they read they aren't trying him for First Degree Murder.

Judging from the response from the Zimmerman case, they're gonna be pissed that there's an actual trial and not an execution.

two autopsy reports
Say Floyd died of an OD when he ate his own stash.

Which he had done before and almost died.

If someone were to even be in the ball park of overdosing on Fentanyl or any opiate, they would not even be able to stand up, much less talk/walk/resist arrest. He may well have been fricked up out of his mind, but he didn’t OD on Fentanyl.

He swallowed his stash when the cops arrived. 11 micrograms of Fentanyl is what they found in his body, which is a massive amount.

He had a history of having done the same thing before when confronted by police. He did it again but this time he didn't survive.

Did you watch what he did??????? He had zero reason to sit on his neck for almost 9 mins.... again IF George was just minding his own biz this would not have happened...I can’t wait for somebody to prove me wrong.......

Perhaps, but it looks like that's not what killed him. I believe the coroner's report said there was no sign of an airway being obstructed as a cause of death.

Then that’s gonna cause a lot of shite.....

Protesters think the officer killed him without justification..... but IF it’s brought up that the drugs in his system killed him it’s gonna be ON...., no matter the outcome..... if somehow Chavin does not serve serious jail time, it will get real ugly real quick.

Official autopsy report was made public last week, it was posted on poli board on 3/01/21. He had enough fentanyl in his system post-mortem to kill an elephant. Floyd was speed balling it w/ enough Meth to put one in the hospital, he was in full cardiac arrest before the cop or anyone else touched him, hence “I can’t breathe”. No trace of bruising to the neck, head, face, or damage to the larynx, esophagus, or diaphragm...a set of broken ribs attributed to CPR.

I can't wait to bump my comments when DC walks. The emotional response to this was amazing and entertaining. So glad it happened in our Canadian state.

I disagree with the “zero” reason. Floyd flailed in the police car and they could not restrain him. Probably because of the drugs he was on.

Chauvin definitely showed zero remorse or care for Floyd when he slipped unconscious. I’m not sure what the jury can say about that.

But the fact is that Floyd resisted arrested, presented a danger to himself and the officers, and injected a lethal amount of drugs.

I really don’t know if they can rightfully convict Chauvin. If there’s anything in the manual or protocol that says he could restrain a suspect under those circumstances until additional help arrives, he’ll walk.

I always felt like third degree was a more appropriate charge

3rd degree is likely going to get tossed, a case is pending in front of the Supreme Court. In Minnesota, 3rd degree requires that others being in danger aside from the deceased

Floyd is not saint but that cop should clearly be convicted with manslaughter or something similar.
