on cross, he can lead the witness. Which is why typically he asks yes or no Qs. You will notice the second half of the trial, when the defense is presenting their case, the state will be the ones asking leading questions

This defense lawyer must finish 75% or more of his questions with right? right? right? right?
It is cross examination. He is asking leading questions and controlling the witness.

They're called leading questions.
Alot of people use "correct" and/or "right"
It's the way to turn a statement into a yes or no question on cross examination

Does this guy really believe GF has no medical records beyond three years ago?
Yea, it's insane to say that has far as he knows that's when the 46 year old man first started going to the doctor. I mean, he's also not wrong that to his knowledge he can't say when he began visiting doctors but come on.

This guy is turning himself into a pretzel and coming off as not being genuine.

Why does the defense and judge let this dude keep running his mouth about irrelevant shite?

It really is incredible how these expert witnesses demeanors change between who is questioning them.

This guy is incredibly annoying and condescending. Can’t imagine jury likes him.

It amazing that they’re still talking about paragangliomas and confusing them with pheochromocytomas.

He just hooked him.

The prone position is part of police procedure, right?
According to every witness from law enforcement the state has provided, yes.

This guy sounds like Jindall when he gave his state of the union speech that tanked his Presidential run before it started.
