Yes, a trial where CNN sends a camera crew to threaten to dox the jury is definitely fair.

For Progressives and OT Centrists, this is just a warm up. If they ever get their way, our prisons will be filled up with everyone here who opposes this. This is the ultimate goal and wet dream of every progressive voter.

The J6 show trials are showing everyone their true desires.

That documentary he recently appeared in painted a target on his back. The order was given to shut him up. This is a warning. There won't be another.

Chauvin is a political prisoner of the United States.

He's not Epstein, he's a meat head cop. What secrets does he know?

Yeah, this argument is dumb. There are NUMEROUS examples throughout the history of American jurisprudence of innocent men and women pleading guilty to charges they know they are innocent of.

Federal court literally makes you own your actions if you plea out, so you're also saying he committed perjury

Most states have separate prisons for LEOs convicted of crimes. Louisiana has David Wade Correctional in Homer.

Separate prisons??? Wade ain’t no damn cop prison… if you from North Louisiana you process into DOC at Wade… South Louisiana processes at Hunts… ain’t no particular place DOC houses cops in Louisiana… if you need special separation in Louisiana you going to Angola… just cause you was in law enforcement doesn’t mean you qualify for it either… this Louisiana homie

LOL!

Only on the OT can you still considered completely innocent even after pleading guilty to a crime…

AP reporting has revealed rampant sexual abuse and other criminal conduct by staff, dozens of escapes, chronic violence, deaths and severe staffing shortages that have hampered responses to emergencies, including inmate assaults and suicides.

Like this is some big revelation... It is a cliché in our culture.

His life is over. It might have been a blessing had it done the job the assailant wanted.

That's on top of being convicted by a jury for overlapping offenses.

What about the multiple federal charges he willingly plead guilty to? If you thought you weren't guilty why wouldn't you fight the federal case while appealing the state conviction

he probably pled to avoid a harsher sentence, happens all the time.

also, those charges are actually quite ridiculous and would require him to have knowledge he couldn't have had. floyd was acting a fool the whole time, how was chauvin supposed to know floyd needed medical attention?

The civil rights violations he's in federal prison for are quite easy for someone in his line of work to be aware of.

To guilty people. They literally make you confess your sins in federal court. He has openly stated he committed those offenses he's in federal prison for, unless he perjured himself.

His plea to the federal charges were most likely to avoid spending time in state prison.

His plea seriously impacts appeals in the federal cases.

He also pleaded guilty in a case from 2017 involving a 14yo. He pleaded to holding him by the throat and hitting him in the head multiple times with a flashlight, then holding his knee on the person's "neck, shoulders, and upper back" for 15-16 minutes while he was handcuffed, face down and not resisting. Since this was never litigated we didn't get many more details.
