What's the minimum threshold for riot activity? 10 or less?

Is Minnesota law different from Louisiana when it comes to aggravated charges??? because down here you got to do at least 80% on all aggravated charges

Megaphone shouting protestors are annoying.

Go home.

Get a job.

Get on with your life.

This is the most defensive the judge has been the whole trial.

eTA: He seems nervous AF.

ETA: 22.5 years.

22.5 is way too much. I can't wait for this to be overturned.

He might very well die in prison. Whatever Chauvin's debt to society is, he will have assuredly paid it by the time 2043 rolls around.

100% fricked up

...Everything that judge said about the sentence being about the case and not any outside opinions was a straight up lie. I hope the city burns to the ground tonight.

ETA: Now that this bullshite is over (until it's overturned on appeal) can we please have LivePD back?

The cop went overboard. sure. The thug POS dies.

cop should be given probation for a year imo. thug should not have resisted arrest. hope he appeals or gets out soon.

cops are given 9 weeks to train then jailed for 20 plus if they make a mistake. good luck recruiting cops

This isn't being overturned on appeal. Rule of Law doesn't matter anymore. DOJ already showed their hand. He is a sacrificial lamb for "race healing."
