If this were in NOLA or BR I'd 100% say it was a weave. Since it is laffy I give it 99%.

Man, I saw a lonely weave in the middle of Jefferson Highway on the way to work Friday.
For the last two days, I can't get the thought of that cast off weave out of my mind. I wonder if it ever got home. I wonder if it misses its family.
