Kidnapping and some kind of responsibility for her death. I don't know all the legal definitions of the various levels of manslaughter. Their actions directly caused her death.

LSU has no power to change BR City politics. They're not moving the campus or anything.
Sure, with weak people in charge.
What side of the St. George debate did LSU side with?
What if they threatened more out of town football games due to safety?
ANY major employer in a city has power. And LSU is more than just an employer. Minimizing the power LSU is just a cope and an excuse for failure and lack of action.
And BR could not screw over LSU. That's a battle Baton Rouge would lose in a biblical way, of course assuming LSU actually has a strong leader making decisions.
Tate would probably get bullied by the local janitor's union. What a weak person.

This question has been answered multiple times. By letter of the law, a person cannot consent if they are over the legal limit
I assume you mean the 0.08 BAC limit at which a driver is presumed to be intoxicated. I don't think there's any direct relationship between that exact number and rape. There's a law that says an intoxicated person cannot give valid consent to a sex act, but 0.08 is directly relevant only to driving. Whether the number for consent ought to be lower, or higher, is up to judge and jury... as far as I know.

Correct. LSU has a lot more power in BR than most want to realize.

it fits the definition of manslaughter just like it does here in my view of the law
I am ALL IN on the rape charge, even it were upgraded to 1st degree rape. I not see a path to manslaughter.
It was certainly extremely shitty behavior to drop her like a used piece of meat.

The kidnapping and then vaginal followed by anal rape left her complete disoriented combined with the 4x legal limit intoxication.
She could NOT consent to anything and was completely at the mercy of the perps who showed her no mercy.
Instead, they left her on her own and this led to her death.

LSU and the Baton Rouge community needs to turn up the heat on Broome, make her uncomfortable wherever she goes, get in her face. Something has to be done about the shithole that Baton Rouge has become under her leadership.

continuous (15 minutes after being dropped off she was killed) and foreseeable (that .319 BAC girl being left in the road could be killed)
It’s arguable but I would charge them

So what happens if the guy is incapable of consent as well, what if is BAC is .319 too and they have sex?
So, in this case there is no record of any of the perp's blood alcohol level. So just right out of the gate, it's a completely irrelevant comment.
Unless you are just talking in generalities, and if that is the case go make another thread to discuss your "get out of jail free" rape hypotheticals.

I know.
Are these guys defending the rapists trolling the bars at 2 a.m. to 'bring home the leftovers'?

i was going off the only reporting on that subject matter, and i agree that i shouldn't fully believe their side of the story, but it's all we have at this point.
If it comes out that they dumped her on the side of Burbank, then yeah, i'd say they should get manslaughter, but based on what we have been told in the linked articles, that's not what happened.
And i can't imagine there isnt' a camera on the entrance of that neighborhood, so we should get those details at some point i would think.
So you start off agreeing that you shouldn't believe them, and then you double down on believing them.
And not only have you been believing them, you were actively correcting people who said otherwise and using this bullshite statement as fact.
Not sure why you are breaking your neck to give these shite stains the benefit of the doubt.

Let`s see if they make bail and if so who bails them out. And what about the juvenile? Is he still in jail or has he been let out while it is pending?
Judge Brad Myers set the following bonds:
Washington: $150,000 + drug testing, house arrest, GPS with CJS, no firearm, no contact with victim’s family
Carver: $50,000 + drug testing, house arrest, GPS monitor with CTS, no firearm, no contact with victim’s family.
Lee: $75,000 + drug testing, house arrest, GPS monitor with CTS, no firearm, no contact with victim’s family
17-yr-old juvenile matter postponed until February

It's 'felony murder.' If the felony led in any way to her death, it's manslaughter in Louisiana.
Did they give her any alcohol or drugs in the car?
Where did they drop her off?
How soon thereafter was she run over?
Did they set the pieces in play that led to here untimely demise?
Would she still be alive but for them raping her and dumping her out dazed and 4x the legal limit drunk?
All questions for a jury to decide.

Not trying to troll, just showing that the guy said we know something 100%, and while we may know something 95%, that’s still not 100%.
Your sorry arse has been correcting people throughout this thread who just simply transposed numbers of the BAC from .319 to .391, while parroting the perps' claims of dropping her off in the neighborhood as a stone cold fact.
So you are now the arbiter of truth?
The facts are that we don't know where she was dropped off, or in what condition she was dropped off.

Their involvement and the potential for the white perp vs the black perps narrative is a bit scary. This could be the Alton Stirling situation all over again, but this time with a mayor that has 0 desire to protect the city.
