No, I think you’re wrong.

And you keep saying these guys were ghetto looking but all we’ve ever seen are their mugshots. We have no clue what they looked like that night. Unless you think all black teens are ghetto looking

Surely he does not think that! That would make him an a-hole.

He must have been there.

I am eagerly awaiting his eyewitness report.

Young single white women are one of the biggest Democrat voting blocs. If Madison voted in the mid term elections, I can almost guarantee that she voted Democrat. Could be wrong, but statistically I would be right.

Nationally, you'd probably be correct, but she was in a sorority, and greeks at LSU typically come from middle upper to upper class families in Louisiana or Texas, which are GOP hot beds. When I was in school at LSU, I'd say 80-85 percent of the greek population was Republican. Not sure why it matters in this case though. Freaking terrible tragedy all around.

How am I trashing her reputation? I think she is a 100 percent victim, I'm just pointing out that she was likely very liberal. Just like most others of her demographic.

As for the guys, I know their type. I grew up around guys like them and the behavior of guys like them is very predictable. You CAN judge a book by its cover

You know it when you see it. I can't describe ugly but I know ugly when I see it. Like i said, I spent a great deal of my life around guys like that.

I don't know why people are so adamant against recognizing group differences. We'll recognize individual differences but not group differences.

I'm black myself and would not trust any of those guys just by looking at them.

Your speculation about her political beliefs are incorrect and none of that really matters in this case.

Well in any case she wasn't conservative enough to avoid sketchy looking black guys.

So you’re basically implying conservatives are racists? You’re an idiot. Which one of the attorneys do you know?

This thread sure has attracted some strange new talent.

Bottom line here is that race has very little to do with this crime. An extremely drunk and disoriented girl was told she was getting a ride home, allegedly brutally raped, and dumped on the side of a busy road, only to step in front of a car and die.

The perpetrators were both black and white. It wouldn't matter if they were all white. The guys who did this were bad people.

Hopefully a jury will hear the evidence and do the right thing.

We haven't seen the 17 year old yet....and how do they look different than a lot of other students at LSU?

This.

They were the right age for the crowd and blended in

I hope the 17 year old is tried as an adult

And she's a walking rape kit. They can't bring her to the hospital (safe) or sheriff substation (safe) or even a well-lit gas station with cameras everywhere

That's what I was thinking. They could have dropped her off at a police station, a fire house, even a 24 hour Wal Mart. But if they knew they did something wrong, they felt it was in their best interest to abandon her and likely never see her again

Most young women are not going to be okay with being abandoned...ALONE...in a neighborhood with no place to go...in the freezing cold...in the dark...at 2:30 ish in the morning

I think they put her out. From a guys perspective, you have zero respect for a girl you just got done passing back and forth between you and your friends. This wasn't a boyfriend taking her out on a date. This was an anal gangbang in the backseat of a car with an obviously drunk girl. Trust me, they weren't trying to be gentlemen to her.

I hope so too. That's why the jury composition will be important

Be hard for a jury to consider the rape aspect alone and not that it all led to Madison's death.

Fact is, I doubt they were being good Samaritans who wanted to make sure a lost girl got home safely. They saw a drunk girl who they thought they could get into their vehicle by offering a ride home and then have sex with her. Had she not been in that car with them, she wouldn't have ended up on Burbank drive to get run over.

As I said in a previous post, if it were me drunk at that bar, do you think they would have been good Samaritans and said "let's get this brother home safely. Come on brother, let's get you out of here"? Of course not. If I was that drunk the only thing they would have done was likely steal my debit card out of my wallet

I hope there's something in one of their phones that can prove this.

Then how is it that you claim to know so much about it?
