Previously someone stated the 28 year old uncle was a 'street pharmacist' and likely there doing business.
The young ones tagged along to drink and score drunk chicks if they could.
Casen wasn't 100% on where he stopped for the sex to occur. But that location is odd. Owner of the house could come out, police roll up, cameras.

Affidavit says search warrants were applied for and granted as part of the investigation.
What all warrants you think those were?
Wonder when we find out what all was on their phones - as I expect far more video than what Nak was presented to by defense.
I have home addresses for two of the perps but - since this is a public board - I presume we can't do a deep dive on who they live with, rented or owned, etc.

True.
He's in jail and if the 3rd charges are done formally he's likely in jail until the trials and not likely to be out after that.
The Pine Grove location (the city, no specifics) is relevant because it was another hour for the Uncle to drop off the teen in walker then make his way back home.
So he got home maybe 3:30-4:00. Someone said the folks at his work were concerned of someone popping up there for retribution. Wonder if he still had the job after he bonded out?
But facing a one-hour trip home would have given Everett (the 'adult' in the group) a reason to push Casen to leave Baton Rouge.

When would the grand jury take place to consider the upgraded charges or new charges?
Is there a criminal charge below negligent homicide for simple reckless endangerment?

Sorry if my post was vague. I was largely curious:
(1) if either side would attempt to exclude any details from let her out of the car to circumstances of death from admission into evidence.
(2) If in voir dire in LA, you can circumvent what's covered in the motion in limine/ how much wiggle room you have.
I've always been taught that void dire is more "de-selecting" a jury than selecting one.
