quote:I think the rape took place across the street on Jennifer Jean. From there you go to Burbank then Lee/college. There wouldn’t be any traffic that early in the morning.
If the plan was sex/rape I would think they would have gone towards river road or burbank

she couldn't tell them where she lived, how could she give them three different addresses?

Did you miss the "anal sexual assault" part?
The affidavits of the perpetrators?

that is right there I guess it could've happened that quick. Do we know what time she was dropped off? time they left Reggies?

Okay. You guys travel these roads and I appreciate it. I'm just there gamedays.
They were on Burbank likely trying to find her home but essentially a wild goose chase at that point.
We know she doesn't have her phone because the media reports said she used the phone app LA Wallet as ID to get into the bar. That would have presumably her address in it somewhere.
On both Waze or Apple you can just map "home" and it navigates you there.
Her not having a phone (as mentioned by another poster here and local bar owner) makes the drop off at 3 a.m. seem even riskier.
How would she 'Uber home' with no phone?
The four would know she had no phone as they would have asked her to look at it to get addresses and previous destinations.

LP doesn't give a frick about child molesters or rapists. Look at all the stories that come from there with people being arrested after doing things like this for years. It only becomes an issue there when it makes the news.

he science you are referencing said this woman was forcibly anally raped, a judge concurred, and based on an autopsy of her body, and statements given by these....
The bro brigade still holds hope that their young bros will just get a hand slapped for boys being boys.
I'm guessing these are dudes with a lot of angst In their memory dealing with college girls.

What are the visual acuity effects of a .316 BAC state? Could Madison see where she was walking? She headed into the major roadway.
There is no reason this woman shouldn't have been at least left at a stranger's house. Unless you have something to hide.

You clearly don't know how trashy people operate, or have just chosen to be uninformed. These are scum, will always be scum. White, Pink, Yellow, Black, pieces of f'kn trash.

Using logic not emotion I find it very related to the crime. The 4 boys had to separate themselves from the victim. This was done in probably 15 minutes. The defense has to create a narrative that they cared about getting her to a safe place and didn’t just drop her off. By seeding this with Nakamoto and getting the took her to 3 different places parroted on a message board, it’s making the suspects appear like they cared for her. I really don’t see them as a caring bunch.

woman made some decisions that led to these men feeling guilty enough about her death, that they stepped forward. Is that clear enough?

And she's a walking rape kit. They can't bring her to the hospital (safe) or sheriff substation (safe) or even a well-lit gas station with cameras everywhere.
Middle of a neighborhood to 'catch an Uber'? Even if she was an angry drunk demanding to be let out that was taking a risk with her life. But they were done with her by then.
Why did they video it?
Have you ever given someone a ride and made a video of their exit from the car to have as proof later? Odd.
They also couldn't let her use their phones as that'd lead police back to them for possible rape charges the next day.
So, dump her and hope for the best.

I think they came in (and the 17.o. mother refused to let him speak to police) because they thought it was about the car accident death. They didn't perceive they were in personal legal danger.
People think they aren't guilty and want to explain things to police. So they did... explain their way into rape charges.
Here's a question for Judge Hodlen, had the three that spoke with police all "lawyered up" would there have been PC to bring the charges?

I bet they videoed the rape itself. I wouldn't try to use reason with these clowns. They are predators.

Liz give us details on these 4 autopsies. I am confused by this statement of facts.
