Ben has some contributing factors that weren't solely based on alcohol poisoning.

I was at LSU when that happened. They did crack down for a little while but it wasn't very lasting.

The first thing that needs to happen across tigerland is cover charges. It’s annoying, but that keeps alot of trash out.

Fred’s has done it since I was at LSU and why they stay consistently the cleanest bar in tigerland
Does every bar there not have them now? Seems like I remember them all being $5.

What Scruffy wishes would happen is that the entire area of Tigerland, all of it, was purchased, razed, and rebuilt as an appropriate locale for college students.

BAC Over 0.40%: This is a potentially fatal blood alcohol level. You're at risk of coma and death from respiratory arrest (absence of breathing).

Scroll to "highest level": wiki

quote:

There have been reported cases of blood alcohol content higher than 1%:

In 1982, a 24-year-old woman was admitted to the UCLA emergency room with a serum alcohol content of 1.51%, corresponding to a blood alcohol content of 1.33%. She was alert and oriented to person and place and survived.[58] Serum alcohol concentration is not equal to nor calculated in the same way as blood alcohol content.[59]
In 1984, a 30-year-old man survived a blood alcohol concentration of 1.5% after vigorous medical intervention that included dialysis and intravenous therapy with fructose.[60]
In 1995, a man from Wroclaw, Poland, caused a car accident near his hometown. He had a blood alcohol content of 1.48%; he was tested five times, with each test returning the same reading. He died a few days later of injuries from the accident.[61]
In 2004, an unidentified Taiwanese woman died of alcohol intoxication after immersion for twelve hours in a bathtub filled with 40% ethanol. Her blood alcohol content was 1.35%. It was believed that she had immersed herself as a response to the SARS epidemic.[62]
In South Africa, a man driving a Mercedes-Benz Vito light van containing 15 sheep allegedly stolen from nearby farms was arrested on December 22, 2010, near Queenstown in Eastern Cape. His blood had an alcohol content of 1.6%. Also in the vehicle were five boys and a woman, who were also arrested.[63]
On 26 October 2012, a man from Gmina Olszewo-Borki, Poland, who died in a car accident, recorded a blood alcohol content of 2.23%; however, the blood sample was collected from a wound and thus possibly contaminated.[61]
On 26 July 2013 a 40-year-old man from Alfredówka, Poland, was found by Municipal Police Patrol from Nowa Deba lying in the ditch along the road in Tarnowska Wola. At the hospital, it was recorded that the man had a blood alcohol content of 1.374%. The man survived.[64][65]

I’m sorry this isn’t rape if she is conscious and verbally agreed. If that’s the definition of rape then many of us including me have done it. I mean finding a drunk chick at a bar is kind of what college men do

Deputies said Brooks had a blood-alcohol level of .319, nearly four times the legal limit to drive and enough to give someone alcohol poisoning and render them unconscious, deputies said.

It really is an embarrassment for LSU. Is this really where they take prospective athlete recruits?

Someone would have to buy all of those slums and bulldoze them and it would be quite controversial with the Gravy's of BR.

Disregard my above post. That is clearly beyond the level of just drunk, that’s near alcohol poisoning

Surveillance footage and interviews with the suspects showed that she was obviously intoxicated when she left.

The group pulled over after leaving Reggie’s, arrest documents say. Brooks had asked them to bring her home because she was too drunk and hadn’t been able to find her friends, deputies said they were told.

Deputies say Washington and the 17-year old raped Brooks in the back seat of a car.

A third-degree rape charge involves cases where the victim is "incapable of resisting or of understanding the nature of the act" because of intoxication, according to state law.

Deputies said Brooks had a blood-alcohol level of .319, nearly four times the legal limit to drive and enough to give someone alcohol poisoning and render them unconscious, deputies said.

The lsu bars do scan for fake ids but it’s usually like one time at beginning of fall semester to act tough
Yes their business is college students and most are under 21
And yes the way around it is have 21 buying for the underage kids and bars just look other way

Carver said he felt uncomfortable with the sex happening in his back seats and "hated it" and indicated he thought Brooks was too impaired to consent to sex, the documents say.

.391 BAC is a long way beyond "a tipsy girl at a bar". That is predatory.
