I've had four, no problem. They aren't cheap.

the extractions are typically worse than the implants. Sinus lift is no big deal. Not like sinus surgery done by ENT. Implants will stimulate the bone in the area they are placed as well. That way you don't have bone atrophy (loss of bone). Look at some one without teeth that can't wear their dentures. Its usually due to loss of bone and expecting the denture to fit the same on a shrinking foundation.

One was already missing, but one Doc had to pull.

Dr. Russell Westfall. Big ol gorilla hands, but an extrodinairly gifted surgeon.
I think he is retired now.

Son had 2 done if I remember correctly .. Was about $5000 but can't remember if this included the extractions .. After braces, wisdom teeth removal and he implants he had about a 15k smile.
