Seems like a pretty weird story but it doesn't change the fact that the IRS shouldn't be involved in what a man does with his money once it's declared income.. It's shocking how our governmwnt tracks our financial lives with a near assumption that we are breaking laws

Hastert obviously should not be diddling young boys, but apparently he is not charged with that. This dumbass structuring rule rears its head again. The fact that merely depositing or withdrawing your own money is itself a crime is obscene.

Several reports say he assaulted a young male when he was a teacher/coach and the money was hush money. Structuring is cash transactions below $10k attempting to avoid a CTR which is a currency transaction report banks have to complete for transactions over $10k.
