Any of you Baws on this one. Was supposed to take off an hour and a half ago. They had to replace the cone. Captain says “won’t take too long to replace cone, let’s go ahead and board this f-cking plane”. That was over an hour ago. Still sitting on the ground.
You pilot Baws know what might have motivated them to board this plane sans a functioning cone? Why not wait until cone is completely installed to board?

Just wait until that Amtrak train opens between Mobile and New Orleans. It will be 10 Amtrak workers to 5 passengers after newness wears off. Hopefully as a tax payer, I am wrong and the train is wildly successful.
For curiosity sake, I may take the train this summer.
