Delta starts back-to-front boarding process during coronavirus pandemic

Why this hasn't been done way before now is the amazing part. Common sense.

Rich people in first class don’t get to board first that way. Letting the poors in first and letting them take overhead space

Won't last. Would take away some of the benefit of those Delta comfort seats up front (if you cant be off the plane quickly for your connection). I bet this is just temporary.

I usually get on last no matter what. Dont need the overhead space because I check my bags other than a small backpack when I fly. Then I crop dust everyone on my way to the back of the plane

Pull their crap out of your overhead space and leave it in the aisle. Flight attendant will eventually have it checked.

I'd imagine you still de-plane the same way (Front-to-back).
