I typically read every word of these threads for every storm. I even like to tell myself that I understand much of what is being said when guys like Duke and rds post all technical shite.

Even though I really don’t know much of shite they are saying, I do know this...you’re annoying the frick out of me with your stupid shite on this thread, and I think you may want to go the same route as I do when these threads are posted.

Eta: just read and shut the frick up.

Worth noting is that a week or so out the GFS didn't even pick Laura up as a storm. You could pick out where the low was, but it wasn't showing as a TC. Also, it had what would ultimately be Laura's location north of Cuba just off the tip of the Florida Peninsula.

Don't believe me? Go to the 7:23 minute mark on this video and you will see:

you guys really need to stop posting the forecast maps associated with intermediate advisories

those don't have any changes

the NHC only changes the forecast track at 4 AM/PM & 10 AM/PM

now if you posted it from a full advisory and it automatically updated later... then just ignore

If the H Scale isn't on the revised BINGO board for next season I am boycotting OT Hurricane Threads.

You're actually not entirely wrong. Hurricanes exist in the first place for carrying excessive heat from the equator towards the north pole.
