To be honest I don’t like or want the flower since it cannot be done out in the open around the public. I need the tincture/gummies kind bc there’s times I really need that pain relief at that moment. I cannot stand smelling like it for the world to know.

I have tried so many times to enjoy thc as an adult, hoping it would be like when I was a teenager. I get tinctures with kava, with CBG and that seems to help with anxiety. The most anxiolytic thing for me is the smell of burning flower, even hemp would make me a little paranoid my neighbors could smell it, kind of like trying to hide cigarette smell after smoking.
My threshold dose for me is about 2 1/2 mg, and has minimal affects, OK with combining the other things. But 3 mg, 3 1/2 mg it just leaves me confused and not knowing what to do with myself. The other day it was hitting me and I was trying to diagnose an issue with my pool, and it felt like I was trying to do rocket science, I just had to go inside and watch TV, but then there was nothing on that I want to watch, it all seems like a waste of time, maybe it showed me I need to relax, stop working and be more comfortable sitting still with myself. It may be good as a tool for growth, but not recreational or me. I find a lower dose of mushrooms, like Half a gram to 1 g much more clearheaded, peaceful, euphoric, social and enjoyable.
