100% of hospitals who aren't bound to disclose this travesty to men folk

They should be. If a man is in jeopardy of being forced to raise a child that isn't his because the woman lists him as the father on a piece of paper, the woman should be in jeopardy of raising that child on her own because because the man is given a piece of paper that says he absolutely isn't the father.
It would be easier if people were trustworthy, but they're not.

It's absolutely heartbreaking what some children of broken marriages go through. I recall about five years ago going to a local hardware store to buy something. It was early in the morning and apparently the woman (mother of a pre-teen boy) was unloading on someone on the other end of the phone. Her foul language was within earshot of that young boy. Apparently the father was scheduled to have the boy on that day and did not show up to pick the boy. She was cussing that man for all it was worth. It really was an ugly scene. He (the young boy) was standing near me and without saying anything he just sort of disappeared behind some aisles. The young boy was clearly embarrassed and I could imagine at that moment felt totally unloved and unwanted. No wonder these young boys go off and commit terrible crimes.
God help this country for what we're doing to some of our children.

It is not the hospital's problem, they are only there to provide for a safe birth, and the health of the child. If the dad suspects an issue with paternity it is a legal problem, not a medical one and should be resolved by the courts as it is now.

Shouldn't it be? No, seriously. If women want equality and children's rights taken seriously, draw blood. Don't suck on the turnip later when it all goes to shite.

Not surprised you and I are in it.
Between Wiki's seemingly academic insights, and blueboy's seemingly real world humanistic insights, I have nothing more to share here
