ATC is fast tracking permits for bottled beer and wine to be sold with delivery and take out

There's going to be some new businesses started during all this. Put your thinking caps on and make some money.

Grocery stores are still open. Bars cant partake in this.

Don't understand why a bar with a kitchen isn't allowed to participate.

Or a restaurant with a bar. Get those servers out delivering food and beer.
