So you are saying, without saying, that hiring the most qualified job candidate without regard to their race or sexual orientation, the definition of diversity and equity initiatives, DEI, is inferior to hiring a less qualified candidate who happens to check off the proper boxes in regard to race and sexual orientation, or what happens when a business refuses to seek candidates who do not check the proper box?

No, what you are saying by actually saying is that there is NO WAY POSSIBLE the gay black man was the best candidate when hired because he is black and gay and therefore unqualified and his race and sexual orientation is the ONLY qualifications he brought to the table.

You then go on to state your position as some sort of Delta preferred customer due to your flying Delta a lot. This begs the question….why in the frick would you knowingly get into an aluminum tube that is going to be going 600 miles an hour at 35,000 feet and is operated by a management company who knowingly and willingly routinely hires unqualified employees to fly the damned plane so they can brag to, I can’t imagine who, that they place a multi- million dollar piece of equipment and the lives of 200 or so people at risk not to mention the reputation of a massive corporation on what, a whim???? The real question is why aren’t you qualified to make better purchasing decisions? If you’re willingly getting on a plane you seriously think is being operated by people based on their skin color, sex or sexual orientation and not their qualifications to get the plane from point a to b you, my friend, are dumber than a sack of hammers. It’s amazing you do not have to be reminded to breath if you are truly stupid enough to knowingly board a plane that may be driven by a person whose only qualification is their skin color.
