I don’t think this is a good look for a pharmacy. I need more aggressive yet subtle methods; such as putting Cactus Juice in a humidifier or a flamethrower that looks like a pen.

This. Was at the beach and them frickers were out pretty bad. It was funny as frick though because if I just stayed next to my brother, they would just attack him. But I grabbed a little stick and started popping those frickers. Was kinda fun for a minute.
Unfortunately Im the guy that attracts the horse flies and skeeters. If anyone gets bit it's me.

Deer flies are attracted to the color blue. Never ever wear blue if you're out fishing in the coastal marshes unless you have a contraption like this.

it seems to me that the horse/deer fly are worse than normal this year also. We need a good crop of dragon fly's, they make short work of horse/ deer fly's.

I have had one of the bug-a-salt guns for 2.5 years now I have had a blast with it. Yes you need to be fairly close but because of no fast movement the fly's don't leave and you can bust them pretty easily from 18" to 24" away.
They now make a garden gun that supposedly kills bigger insects and uses more salt.

My kids love to leave the doors open at the house so it comes in handy and it's fun and it doesn't make a stain where you smash the fly unless you got to close.

I really wish we could do some type of scientific study on why this happens. I know mosquitoes fricking LOVE me and attack at will. However I noticed that it hasn't been bad at all this year so far in that regard.

Also there were some black folks I used to work with and they were always complaining about the gnats getting in their face and eyes. I never had that problem with gnats but they said that the mosquitoes didn't really bother them much. Seems like there are people who gets attacked by one or the other. Wonder if they are putting off some smells we are oblivious too.

Well, I ordered the Bug-A-Salt rifle yesterday and I cannot wait to try it out tomorrow. I hope thwy won’t mind me using it in the pharmacy.

I went ahead and ordered a laser sight with pressure switch attachment too, because why not.

They are both terrible at the barn right now. I've started covering the horses in off instead of fly spray for our rides

How many cans of Off does it take to spray a horse?

Get the Bug-A-Salt 3.0 (it's more powerful than the garden gun) and buy the laser sight (it has legit windage and elevation adjustments) to go with it, and put some pickling salt granules along with a little bit of coarse sea salt in it for the ultimate medium to dangerous game load.

And profit.

I can take a horsefly out from 10 feet away with that setup. Carpenter Bees at 3 feet are fricked.

Looking to gain hunting permission elsewhere now though; as the only downside is that I've annihilated my insect population.

No chit, that 3.0 setup with that load and a patterned laser sight is 10 tons-a-fun.
