I did not know this. Too bad we don't use firing squads. Bullets are cheap and easy to find...unless you are looking for .22. Can't find them anywhere these days.
send him to utah, they brought back the use of a firing squad

Do you realize that there is a difference? I don't think that our inept government should be killing its citizens. That doesn't mean that I am immune to the blood lust that accompanies heinous acts like this.
Its akin to the whole "what if someone killed your kids? You wouldn't want them dead?!?"
Of course I would. But that doesn't mean that it is a good idea for a government that can't balance a budget to be killing its own people.

Which is why a trial is done by a jury of your peers. Common people made the decision today. Not politicians.

Maybe I'm confusing you with someone else, if so my bad.
Just in a shitty mood today, I threatened to headbutt someone on the music board a little bit ago.

With evidence gathered by the government and prosecuted by politicians.

I said this in the Aaron Hernandez thread and was ridiculed for it, but alot of people deserve to die in this world. No matter how many bad people are killed, it will never come close to outweighing the amount of harm that is brought to good people by bad people. There will never be a common ground for justice, but it's definitely worth the effort to try.

99.999% of death penalty convicts are guilty as charged. Which is why I'm opposed to the death penalty.
I'd have been satisfied to see what's-his-name incarcerated for life in Florence, CO. Do some reading up on what a day is like in there. In some ways, it's worse than death.

Especially considering that the drugs required for the "humane" execution are increasingly hard to come by and several attempts have been botched as of late.
Yep, how dare someone who blew up innocent people suffer any discomfort

Serving fricking justice. You think it's fair that this psychotic piece of shite gets to suck air into his lungs while there are family members of victims that are haunted by the thoughts and memories of their loved ones being blown to pieces by this frick on American soil? How would you feel if it were your daughter standing at the finish line cheering you on as you crossed the line only to see her arms and legs blown off in the next instance? Im sure you wouldnt be so fricking generous and gratious in that moment, or do you think you'll be a politically correct count in that moment too?
------------------------------------------------------------
Martin Richard's parents were very vocal about not wanting Tsarnaev executed. Dead son, daughter lost a leg, mother blinded in one eye. Do you think they're just "politically correct count"?
Tsarnaev is a piece of shite and whatever becomes of him will be "too good" for what he "deserves". But only an imbecile is unable to recognize that the death penalty system in the US is fricked up.

Try 96%. There is a pretty big difference.
4% of people sentenced to death are innocent.

Where does that 96% figure come from? I bet if you polled death row inmates, about 96% would tell you they're innocent and got fricked by the system.
Saw your link. Interesting article.

Well the 4% probably comes from death row inmates that have been exonerated

shite, he'll live for another 20 years, waiting on the appeals. Then some fricking liberal will grant immunity

It is about the fact that innocent people have been convicted and killed by the government.
Can you link one case where a person that was later proven to be innocent was put to death?
