I live in Florida, I have to say I mostly like our Governor. The clown before him,Scott, was really bad. His approval rating amongst people who normally vote for Democrats is pretty high.

It’s not a surgical mask that goes over each ear. The straps go top to bottom, not side to side. Just because he didn’t strap the bottom doesn’t make him wrong. Probably didn’t want to mess up his hair.

Yes actually it does.
The bottom strap goes over first, then the top strap, and the nose piece has to be formed as well. Otherwise, there is not a good enough seal created and it's tremendously less effective.
