Sorry, us large and in charge people have to eat.

By the way, an update to this post would be is that Chick-fil-a has yet to respond to my feedback I left them via their app.

I used mobile ordering and had to enter my receipt and contact information. So they could have called or emailed a response. I find strange for a restaurant that usually prides themselves on customer service that they would not have reached out.

I would have even accepted the normal drivel that comes from management, “We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with your meal. We do our best to keep our food costs down. Rather than raise prices, we are making our portion sizes smaller to prevent us from having to increase prices. It was our pleasure to serve you at Chick-fil-a of xxxxx.”

There is nothing at Chikfila that is overrated. Breakfast burritos are legit.

I find C-f-A food itself to be overrated, but it's still good. But their breakfast menu is better than the dinner menu.

Complain about this to them and they'll probably give you free Chick-Fil-a for life.

Likewise. It would be any other fast food place without their excellent service and efficiency

Chick fila’s regular menu is average AF. Their breakfast is the best.

Sorry you have bad taste.

There was nothing wrong with the flavor or service at time of purchase.

My original post is about how they shrunk the size and kept the price the same. I have no ill will against Chick-fil-A. I wish they would have kept the bagels the original size.

Now they almost resemble a bagel bite.

It is the same argument like Cane’s and their incredible shrinking fingers and sauce cups. Next thing you know you will be getting half a Texas Toast.

Rotolos just started selling their 16 piece wings for the same price as their old 20 piece offering. It stinks, but it's a common practice for businesses to either shrink the product, raise the price or both.

But at least you can see the difference on their menu. Hey there is no more 20 piece it is now just 16.

At Chick-fil-A, the difference is the signage hasn’t changed to reflect a smaller size.

It would be like Canes having the old signs for the Caniac when it came with 7 chicken tenders when now only get 6. Or currently now pictures big tenders when all you get are skinny ones.

I also noticed that the bagel was not the only item suffering from shrinkage, The chicken patty was also significantly smaller.

Just about any CFA will serve you what you want. I was waiting on a mobile order a few weeks back and a guy wanted a spicy biscuit. They told him they could fry up a lunch size filet and put it in the biscuit but it would be a few minutes. And yes, the breakfast filets are smaller. Not by much but you’re filling a biscuit, not a bun.

I had to CFA bagel in the past week. They have not gotten smaller. Lol

The chicken fluctuates. Every blue moon a much smaller piece finds it's way onto my bagel, biscuit, or original sandwich. It has ALWAYS been that way since I began eating there when I was about 10 (1986).

Stop making up stuff to complain about. I know...it's human nature. There are always people who will do this. It will continue. Damn it's dumb, though.

:)

No, I am not angry or triggered. Have a wonderfully enlightened day, baw!
