Dealing With a-hole Neighbors Upstairs

So in my apartment building there are these assholes who live above me who are routinely blasting shitty rap music and other EDM shite until 4am most nights during the week and until almost 6am and sometimes past that on weekends. Last night they were doing it until almost 7 and I had to be at work at 7:00am, so at around 4 I went up to confront them and ask them to turn it down and they just laughed.

I dont want to be a dick and call the cops on them, so is there anything else I could do?

They also piss off of their balcony every night and now on mine is stinks of piss because its been there since August.
