For one thing, in this case they are in trouble for shooting at the vehicle AS IT WAS DRIVING AWAY FROM THEM. This isn’t a case where they are shooting at it as it tries to run them down.
Second, a police officer in a Dallas suburb was just convicted of shooting and killing a kid in a car that was DRIVING AWAY from him.

Never been to XTC but I have heard it is absolute trash. They say it's not The Lodge by any stretch of the imagination.

It amazes me there are parking lots at strip clubs. Who goes in there as a DD or leaves sober?

Hence, why the BRPD posts up across the street from the Gold Club on Bennington Ave watching/trailing people leave the parking lot between 0200-0300.
