No, you are a poorly eddcuacted dolt that has no idea about the technical, legal, and practical considerations involved here. You don't understand the follow-on effects because your simple, narrow-minded POV doesn't allow you to consider a more global perspective. Unfortunately people like you are very common so of course you think you are "normal".

Imagining that arbitrary, unenforceable, ultimately unconstitutional limits on the ammount of ammo a person may obtain and stockpile for perfectly legitimate reasons is somehow a worthwhile idea to discuss is all on you. I haven't read this entire thread so forgive me if I'm repeating something previously discussed.
Was his sister somehow involved? Was he carrying some sort of bag with his dress and gun in it that she didn't see?
