pretty much every town that is a county seat in Mississippi has a really cool town square with the courthouse in the center...probably would be some very good shots in any of those. I have been to a good number of them and every one is just fascinating to me. check out this one in Canton, MS...

The Mammy's skin has turned a few shades lighter since that pic.

There are lots of cool old buildings around Natchez. That's a great place to day trip.
