I said the b panthers rile up the locals and the locals do the shooting and hard time. The black panthers leave town, with the locals carrying on the the black panther narrative in the coming days.

As per the guy last night, it's not illegal to kill black people. Don't worry, he'll be appointed to the Supreme Court soon and make changes

There is a live feed on periscope. I'm not sure how to "get the link." Look at the map, drill down to Baton Rouge and look for "red" dot.
