DAV of the OT. I have a question...

Any of you guys that are DAV have recs on lawyer to fight for your percentage?
I filed on my own and feel like my rating could've been higher.

Just go to your local DAV or VSO. You don't need a lawyer. How long have you been out?

Dr David Anaise
Contact this guy. He's an MD and attorney and his wife is an attorney. I used him about 5 years ago and I assume he's still practicing.

Go to your local DAV, VFW or AMVETS post and they usually have a few people that will be glad to help you file the paperwork and get an appeal started.

50% I'd like to pick up a rating for Tinnitus and hearing loss. And another VA diagnosed condition I won't list here

Or your local American Legion. Find a Vietnam vet, they have the shite down to a science. If you're anywhere near the Bogalusa legion, some of those guys spend every waking hour of their lives studying and working on that stuff.

You were already denied for those? Or just haven't applied? If you haven't applied, go to a VSO and apply. When you get denied is when an attorney will take the case

Likely could get you a 100 with gulf war and IED. If you've got a burner email, drop it, and I'll send you an email from my work email. Claims aren't difficult.
