Continue taking great care of your kids.
Take care of yourself, physical, mentally, and financially.
Young women, especially single moms, will throw themselves on you.

Date some Mexican women. They are always looking for more kids.
If the girl in your OP did say "you're hot lets go out" sounds like she was drunk and just wanted a steady piece of arse. Two kids is a tough hurdle. Depending on age and age of women you are targeting and many other factors. Especially if your babies mama is out of the picture?
If so the girl knows there is craziness or drugs involved. That's the only way women lose kids. Or your wife passed? In which case, my condolences. If that is the case though you should be slaying top end poon. That kind of Sleepless in Seattle story? shite they'll fall over with their feet in the air. It won't be fun anymore.

That's the bonus of dating a single mother... more kids!

Sounds like she just wanted a taste of the ol' sausage.

Should u have another kid, just beware most stepmothers aren't worth a shite. I'd pay close attn on how she treats ur kids before tying down. And at least more than a year.

If you're bringing random women around your kids then you are trashy and a terrible father.
Date women but let them know they will never see your kids unless you plan on marrying her.

I have not brought any women around my kids. I let them know upfront that they will not see my kids, unless we are both serious about each other.

I've never been in this situation. But it seems to me that you would want to make sure the kids were comfortable with and interacted well with someone before you would ever consider remarrying.

I thought so but I didn't know what you meant by catching feels. Made me nervous.
The whole I have kids thing shouldn't be your first response every time a woman shows interest. I wouldn't even bring it up unless they asked or if we started seeing each other regularly.

That makes sense.

Casual dating and having women walking in and out of your kids' lives is a bad thing, imo. If the children are young, they get attached and they don't have the emotional maturity to handle a breakup or why she doesn't come around the house anymore.

Child support last 18 years.

Yea, I had quite the opposite after my divorce. Meeting woman was very easy but finding one that wasn't spoiled rotten or telling me she loved me in a month was another issue. Glad I'm dating a good woman now and happy..

If it doesn't work out because of your kids, she was the wrong person for you. There are plenty of women out there who can handle a guy with kids. Keep looking.

I do not know how long you have been a single dad, but I will assume you became a single dad by virtue of Divorce.
I have given the following advice to clients and heeded this advice myself after my divorce and it insured a drama free transition to being a single dad.
1. Do not date for 1 year. Focus on the transition to being single and being a single dad. You likely need to develop a new parenting skill set to make up for those things your ex-wife was doing. ( ie meals, clothes shopping, doctor visits, etc). You need time to make sure you have your head screwed on straight and to develop a new one-on-one relationship with your kids. They need your time and to relearn to trust you and their mom.
2. Do not introduce kids to a dating partner until you have been dating at least 6 months.
3. Give kids permission to develop their own individual relationship with your dating partner.
4. If you end up getting married again, do not put a label on your partner ( ie Step-Parent) and instruct your kids on what to call your new wife ( ie "Momma-Susan" or something like that). Remember, your kid did not select this relationship...you did. Labels are confusing because kids think they must conform to the label. Give kid permission to develop and organic relationship and let your kid and your new wife decide what they are comfortable addressing each other as.
