The same, moderate. I would give myself a 5 or 6, I'm guessing most women would put me in that general range as well.

Looks aren’t as important for women. Really fricking funny and generous fat guy is way more attractive to them than a thin mediocre cheapskate.

My wife was further along in her career and made more money than I did when we first met. After several dates we kind of took turns paying for things.

I make more than double what she does now and I pay the majority of everything. I don't think she feels guilty after 15 years together

Isn’t that the entire basis of posting on the OT?

Who isn’t looking for some sort of approval/attention?

Human Resources and while I do have friends some of them are farther away now. I'm trying to rebuild my friend network. I have had 2 friends get married in the last 2 years so I don't see them nearly as much anymore. My best friend and the one person who completely understood me unfortunately had a drinking problem and cut me and all of his friends and family out of his life (mostly I think so he could just be alone, he was always in his element when he was alone) after a DUI incident. To this day I've never truly been able to replace him in my life.

BellaTigre can you elaborate on your comment that my delivery seemed "cold"?

After awhile you learn to deal with it. It stops hurting as much.

I know I’m asking a lot of questions but I genuinely want to help you and if you’re trolling me, God help you!

Do you do out? It seems that you’re biggest issue is social skills. That can be learned.

I'd probably go out more if I had more friends. A lot of times I just don't have anyone to hang out with. My friends are either busy or have moved away.

At times it definitely feels like I'm observing life more than actually participating in life.
