ETA. After watching dateline. I assume Adam is the one who saw the 4x4 wood and ice chest in the back of his truck on the surveillance footage?

If i remember correctly, he randomly came here one day talking about his sister's fiance, how he was shady AF...Not long after Mickey went missing him n his dad noticed the cuts on him n the NOLA story didn't add up.

Yeah he was asking how to do a background check on somebody because his SIL's bf was shady. Then the missing girl thread started and that previous thread disappeared. It was pretty crazy

Fast forward to the shunick disappearance and he started connecting the dots on TD
His FIL called in a tip and the cops started looking into Lavergne and his white truck

I watched my TiVo. If this was a rerun, I don't recall it. Her sister was a saint. I hope her cancer is gone. The show was heartbreaking. Adam's sister's part was really hard. I felt terrible for her. I hope she's okay today and found someone else in her life.

After they started posting pics of the truck and we had found out about the sex offender thing, I started putting together a timeline. Wife literally called me crazy. It pretty much consumed my FIL and I for a 2-3 week period. After all the evidence we found I told him he was crazy if he didn't call it in. I ended up calling a friend who is a detective for the Lafayette PD and told him everything I knew. I later found out my FIL did the same the day after.
There is a lot of crazy shite involved
